What are the payment options available at Sexcare?
For the convenience of our beloved customers, we have tried our best to cover almost all the modes of conventional payments. We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, E-wallets, NEFT, and COD (cash on Delivery). You can pay us as the way you prefer.
Do you accept other cards besides VISA/ Master Card?
Yes, you can pay from any kind of credit/debit card whether it is VISA, Master card, Maestro, Rupay or any other merchant.
Which Bank customers can pay using NEFT?
NEFT is accepted from all the major and conventionally used Banks in India. Following are the common banks which are accepted at our portal:

How do I know if my order is COD enabled?
We serve all the locations of India but COD is not accessible at some locations. To check if your address qualifies for COD, all you have to do is to put your pin code at the checkout page. To know more about COD, Cash on Delivery.
What are the payment options for CSP (customer self Pick-up)?
We accept all modes of payments for CSP orders. You can place your order as Pre-paid or COD as you wish. To know more about CSP, customer self Pick-up.
Do you accept International Cards?
As of now, we do not accept international cards. As soon as we extend to this functionality, it will be made available at the payment page and will reflect here as well.
Which e wallets do you accept?
We have ties with itzCash, iCashCard, PayCash, Mobikwik, Oxigen, Jio Money, Ola Money etc. to serve you better. You can pay at your convenience and gain benefit of promotional offers of one of these wallets.
Is it safe to pay to make payments to Sexcare online (via NEFT/Credit card/e-wallet/Debit cardetc.)?

Does Sexcare store my payment information?
No. We do not store any kind of payment info. The amount you pay to us passes through various platforms for authorization like payment gateway, bank, merchant (VISA/Master Card) etc. Neither can we store the information nor do we try to do it. Customer privacy is our utmost priority. We maintain your privacy both in delivery and payment.
